There are so many benefits to a period of silence, a respite from technology and the bombardment of sound and our busy lives filled with activity. We will have the opportunity to do different types of meditation through out the day. Participants will bring their own lunch and we will have our meal as a mindful eating exercise. In the afternoon, there will be a deep restorative yoga class offered by a wonderful teacher, and time for Q & A after our silence concludes. This is open to all levels of students. “We have become Human doings instead of Human Beings” Come “BE” for a day!
