Join us and Sol Spirit Yoga & Wellness for a special donation-based yoga class! All proceeds after expenses will benefit the FirstChoice Women’s Resource Center, with locations in Montclair and Jersey City Heights.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class will offer a mindful flow to stretch, strengthen, and energize your body, all while supporting women’s health and empowerment. After the practice, stick around and enjoy a refreshing pint to kick off your Sunday, feeling hoppy and full of positive energy! Tickets are $32 per student (all proceeds after expenses will go to FirstChoice Women’s Resource Center)
