An evolution of Jayce Baudry, Bijoux French Pastry is led by the Faubourg founders and the same talented team bringing you the pastries you love, and new refined creations, too. The founders of Faubourg are excited to announce the opening of Bijoux, an evolution of the former Jayce Baudry French Pastry location at 17 Church Street, Montclair.

Driven by a passion for creativity, technique and innovation, Bijoux (French for jewelry) aims to live up to its namesake representing pastry creations that are elegant, delicate and highly prized.

Bijoux will be operated by the existing talented team of Juliana Villa Garcia, General Manager, and Leo Argoti, Executive Pastry Chef. The pastries you love remain at the heart of what we do, joined by new creations while unveiling new thoughtfully refined, impeccably finished creations under Bijoux.
