Gioia Mia started as a pop-up at Fascino and comes with inspiration from Mary’s late grandmother, who was the whole reason Mary got into the hospitality industry.
As the Montclair food scene is quickly developing, Mary and Logan wanted to bring something different to the area. Here at Gioia Mia, Chef Logan puts his broad experience and refined palate to use in curating seasonal dishes infused with elevated comfort. Inspired by New Jersey’s plentiful bounty, all ingredients are sourced from local farms, fishermen and carefully selected purveyors.
