If you are under 18 years old and would like to be pierced, these are the requirements:
You must be at least 15 years of age and prove it with a birth certificate and an id with your name and picture (school i.D.).
If you can not provide us with a birth certificate and photo i.D.
…You will not be pierced without these documents…
You also must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian.
They must have a valid state or drivers license and prove they are your legal guardian or parent. No exceptions!!!!!!!!!
If someone is claiming to be a legal guardian, they must bring court documentation with a judges seal.
At jinx proof tattoo, we take appointments and walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.
There will be no appointments made through this website, facebook, myspace, or telephone. All appointments must be made in person and must be accompanied by a minimum $100 dollar, non-refundable cash deposit. The deposit will come off the price of your tattoo when it is completed.
All piercing is done by walk-in, no appointment is necessary.
