The Montclair Center BID, in partnership with Montclair Township, PSE&G, and Sustainable Jersey, is pleased to present an exciting opportunity to our stakeholders. Our commitment is to bolster our community’s economic and environmental sustainability through the PSE&G Direct Install Program. This program is meticulously crafted to uncover and execute energy efficiency improvements in your facilities, leading to considerable reductions in operational costs and a notable reduction in carbon emissions.

The Process

PSE&G will provide a free, on-site energy audit, recommend energy efficiency upgrades, and provide a detailed cost estimate. PSE&G pays for 100% of the up-front costs, and a PSE&G-authorized contractor does the work. When the work is complete, customers repay as little as 20% of the total—interest-free—over 60 months on their PSE&G bill (or in one lump-sum payment, if preferred).
