NYC hospitality veterans Dominique Paulin and Chef Olivier Muller have created a modern French brasserie
in the heart of Montclair. Seasonal, French-inspired fare is paired with unique wines, craft cocktails,
and attentive service in an elegant bi-level, indoor-outdoor space.
Originating in Paris, faubourgs were areas which formed around thoroughfares leading into the city. These French quarters, or neighborhoods, eventually became urbanised sought-after districts bustling with charming restaurants, shops and centers of original art and culture.
