Absolute Zero Ice Cream opened in October 2016 and is located on the ever busy Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair.
We hand make our ice cream rolls, starting with fresh milk and cream to create a base. Then we proceed to mix in additional ingredients such as fresh fruit or cookies to create different flavors over our subzero ice cream pan. It is then spread and finally rolled into our famous ice cream rolls.
The idea originated from Thailand where street vendors created these frozen treats on mobile carts. Today, these unique desserts are available right in your backyard.
